The
Bodice is made from pink cotton and buttons up the front with matching
pink buttons. It also features coat sleeves, which were very popular during the
1860's.
The Skirt has a large hook
& bar for a secure closure. The skirt is adorned with a ribbon design that
was made by hand with pearls and pink satin ribbon.

three-piece Civil War Day Dress is period accurate and has never been worn.
The
bodice, skirt and bonnet are made from a lavender striped cotton.
The
Bodice buttons up the front with white buttons and features bishop
sleeves that button at the wrist.
The
Skirt has a large hook & bar in the back for a secure closure and is
decorated with a satin ribbon zig-zag design.
The
Bonnet is lined with lavender satin and ties with satin ribbon under your
chin. The bonnet is trimmed with ribbon flowers that are made and attached by
hand.

This
One-piece Civil War Work Dress is period accurate and brand new.
This dress can also be worn over a small (95") hoop and accesorized to
become a day dress.
The Dress is made from a blue cotton floral print with a cream backround.
This dress also features the following period accurate design elements and
sewing techniques.
Pleated Bodice w/darted lining
Coat Sleeves which are easy to keep up on your arm if you are doing camp work
like washing dishes.
Jewel Neckline which is the most common neckline for work dresses
The 1.5" Waistband keeps with the common period design elements
The Hook & Eye Front Closure allows for minimal gapping and reduces the
chances of catching on something and tearing your dress as compared to a
button closure.
Self-fabric Piping at the Neck, Waist, Armsyce, and
Wrist. Piping is a period technique that reinforces the seams that experienced
the most stress.
Please
Note: The common term for this type of dress in the reenactment community is the
"camp dress", however this term is not found in any period sources.
Even though it is acceptable to call this a camp dress I choose to call it a
work dress or laundry dress. Thank you.

This is a two-piece civil war dress and
it is completely period correct. This is, of course, brand new and
has never been worn.
The bodice and the skirt are made from the same tan striped cotton
fabric. The bodice is buttoned up the front and it has a set of matching
undersleeves.
The skirt has a large hook & eye in the back for a secure closure
and features twenty-two gathered sections at the bottom that create this
unusual look.
The dress is accented with chocolate brown satin ribbon and was inspired
by a Civil War era fashion plate.
The undersleeves have a button at each wrist and tie at the top. Please Note: the undersleeves look a bit
limp in the pictures, but they will look fine when you are wearing them.

This
Three-piece Civil War Day Dress and Ball Gown is period accurate.
This
dress includes one skirt and two tops.
This
is brand new and never been worn.
Both
of the bodices and the skirt are all made from the same burgundy
polished cotton fabric.
The
Day bodice buttons up the front and has coat sleeves that can
accommodate a set of undersleeves, but are not required or included.
The
Evening bodice is a form fitting and off-the-shoulder style that
laces up the back and features short poofy sleeves. The lacing is included and
the bodice has a piece (of the same fabric) behind the lacing so your
undergarments do not show through.
The
Skirt has a large hook & eye in the back for a secure closure and
features a beautiful lace edge design. This lace is bonded to the fabric and
will not catch on anything as you wear it. This prevents tears to prolong the
life of the garment.
All
of the lace accents on this dress is bonded to the fabric and sewn around the
edges to provide minimal catches and tears.
